Last weekend we ran up to the north shore of lake Superior. Omaha forecast was for 4 to 6 inches of snow and school was already announced closed. The weather map showed that we could avoid the snowstorm if we got past about 40 miles north of Des Moines by noon. We went in the Yaris. The pics are Two Harbors MN and hwy 61. Minimal snow on the roads but a lot on our driveway waiting for us when we got back home.
